You are most welcome to include your own vows or promises. In fact I am open to any suggestions that you may have along the way into the fantastic journey of marriage.
What do we get for the fee? A professional Celebrant who delivers your ceremony with sincerity and passion at your chosen venue Advice and guidance when you require it e.g. samples of readings, vows, ring ceremonies, symbolic acts etc. Information on how to incorporate children into the ceremony, and suitable vows for blended families. A rehearsal on site the day before, if possible. A table and cloth for signing. A copy of the ceremony. A marriage certificate. Unlimited contact with me via telephone, fax or email. A portable P.A
What are our legal obligations? You must both be over the age of 18 years (or have special permission granted by the Court if one of you is under 18) Prior to the wedding day, you need to meet with me to complete the Notice of Intended Marriage form and show me your original birth certificates (or extract) if you were born in Australia or your valid passport if you were born overseas. The NOIM needs to be completed at least one month and one day before your marriage. You will need to pay a booking fee at that time. If either of you have been previously married, you must produce proof of your divorce, or a death certificate. On your wedding day two witnesses over the age of 18 years must attend the ceremony.
